Hello and welcome to the Captain Silly Pants Wholesaler Family!

We love our products and collections and are always happy to share them with new shops!

Below please find the terms and conditions:

To be eligible to apply as a Wholesaler/Vendor, you must have a current business license and the merchandise being purchased must be for resale at a retail establishment or your business or personal website.

Order Requirements

We require your order total meets a minimum of $350.

Where Can Captain Silly Pants Products Be Sold?

The purchased Captain Silly Pants products are meant to be sold in your physical business location(s) or on your business or personal website listed on the Wholesaler application. In submitting your Wholesaler application to us, you agree NOT to sell Captain Silly Pants products on Amazon.com, or any related Amazon services/platforms i.e. eBay, Etsy, Sears, Walmart, Bonanza, Jet, Overstock, Rakuten, etc.

Captain Silly Pants, LLC reserves the sole right to sell all Captain Silly Pants branded products on the platforms listed above.

MSRP

Products or goods purchased from Captain Silly Pants shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesaler chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesaler shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesaler must be requested in writing to wholesale@captainsillypants.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Shipping Information

Shipping fees will be determined upon order fulfillment and are based upon weight, size of the box(es), and destination. The shipping fees will be paid by the Wholesaler.

US destinations are shipped via USPS or FedEx. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. If your company cannot receive one or the other, please let us know via email: wholesale@captainsillypants.com.

We do ship international orders, but all inquiries must be emailed to wholesale@captainsillypants.com before we process an order. Shipping fees do not include duties charges. The duties charges incurred upon import to your country are variable to your country laws and regulations and are not reimbursable by Captain Silly Pants. We, unfortunately, cannot provide you with a duties charge quote as that charge is set up by your country. If you have questions about your countries charges for importing, please contact your countries customs office. International shipping fees are the responsibility of the Wholesaler.

Return Policy

Returns must be made in writing directly to wholesale@captainsillypants.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice/order number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Captain Silly Pants prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’, for example, without original packaging, will result in a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to Wholesaler.

Clearance Items - All clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned after purchase. If you purchased a clearance item that is defective and would like a replacement, please contact us at wholesale@captainsillypants.com.
