Returns
We accept returns of unused products in brand new condition with all tags and original packaging within 30 days of date received. Gift cards are not returnable items.
Please contact us regarding your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and will provide you with instructions prior to sending items back. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is returned beyond 30 days after delivery, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-returnable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges of unused products in brand-new condition, with all tags and original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date. Gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Please contact us to initiate your exchange. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and will provide instructions before you send the items back. In certain situations, exchanges may not be possible. Items that are not in their original condition, returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us, are ineligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first run through the list of troubleshoots.
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially be posted.
- Contact your bank. Often times there is a processing period before the refund will be posted.
